ONLINE COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

My Approach:

I work online and over the telephone with both adults and young people, using the Person-Centred approach to counselling and psychotherapy to support emotional and psychological change. This is a non-directive approach, which focuses on the client's inner world, emotions and experiences. My practice is also informed by other techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

How do I know counselling is right for me?

People all over the world seek counselling and support through therapy for many different reasons. It can feel very difficult taking the first step towards change, but finding the right counsellor can play a big part in helping your journey to feel more comfortable, understood and supported. Whatever you are struggling with in this moment it's important to know that you are not alone and that there are many options for support, no matter the challenge.
