ABOUT ME

Online counselling

I am originally from a small country in Southern Africa, where I spent most of my childhood on our family farm. I always enjoyed spending time in nature and with the animals. I moved to Scotland to complete my studies and to achieve my goals of supporting people through counselling, psychotherapy and career development.

I have always valued the importance of emotional and psychological support and aim to use my skills, knowledge and training to support people in their journey towards personal and professional growth and change.

My Approach to Therapy:

I offer a confidential, professional and bespoke online and telephone service with a safe space to explore emotions, life challenges, lifestyle changes or more complex psychological difficulties.

I value congruency, unconditional positive regard and empathy as key components to an effective and well-balanced therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy and coaching is Person-Centred, whilst also incorporating Cognitive Behavioural models, Mindfulness techniques and creative tools. I believe that every individual is unique and different, and so I aim to offer a range of approaches to therapy.
